I have a guy that just got me for 40k and I should have come here. I am out of luck and had to take a settlement on out of town work as a 3rd tier sub and was told take it or sue me.

I agree, but it is very poor customer service on Legend's part, all they had to do is tell the guy it needs batteries and it will cost $XXX for new batteries, I think anyone here would expect at least that much from a seller, bank owned or not.

back to this thread, I hope somenody get's to confront this douce bag.
