One would think if he is parting the boat out he would send them back as the offer stands to make this right, and go away???

If you have an documented trail that these are your props (which I agree) can't you get in touch with the local authorities and call in stolen property? And anyone that attempts to buy the would be purchasing stolen property?

Believe me I have the paper trail texts and pm from him and local business man.
I called the state and local police and authorities in AZ. and MO. also Water Patrol and it is civil matter which we all know take him to court over a grand. it's working on here just fine

Maybe Judge Judy and we can be on tv

You are right a lot of people are always quick to jump the gun on the cops or lawyers. Reality is cops dont have time for stuff like this and second getting a lawyer would cost you more money and time then what the part is worth. You always could small claims court, usually cheap to file

again, so you get a judgement... then what? a douchebag is a douchebag, and a judgement doesn't equate to $$$ in the pocket!!! enforcing the judgement is a whole other matter!!!
would be easier if the azzhole would just pay up!!!

So the boat and power is not selling and he put it in the classified on OSO I have some one looking for a cat so I put him on the other Chris in the Classifieds This is how I saw it
Karma over 1000 or just returning the props I love the support of the people on OSO
