The final result is I got a trailer that fits my boat perfectly after a few minor adjustments. The trailer pulls great behind my Ford F-350. I would definitely recommend Tuff Trailer. Armand no longer works there and the service was professional with easy access to both sales and management.
How would you know to even ask about a "former" employee named Armand??????

This is fun I didn't realize there was so much drama on these site's!!

Hate to disappoint guys but I've been in and out of there a few times. By the time you do the initial tire kick to picking it up and when they do the final adjustments for you.
There's only three people in the office and one of them is female.

I'll see if I can get a picture loaded on here

After consulting with your attorney, drop the trailer off to them and reverse the charges on your card. If you wait for them to come get it, sounds like you will wait forever.

I bought a Hi-Tech Marine for my 2008 - 35 ZR Donzi, and love it. Spend the extra $2K, it's way worth it.
