I hope I'm not jinxing myself, but I've yet to have a bad transaction with an OSO member. I've bought a few things here and there, nothing too expensive or important and I've sold a few things too. And I've even given a few things away to friends I've made along the way. Can't let a few bad apples spoil the barrel. Just do your homework and remember, if someone shows you who they are... Believe them...

No I haven't. I was told I was getting a refund this week but have not. He has called me a few times to work it out but neither my attorney nor myself have received anything so far.

Probably has to sell another part or 'borrow' the $$$ from a family member/friend/'customer'.
I'm in the auto repair biz and I see this all the time from customers and/or others trying to get in the biz. Take from one to try to pay for another. The hole gets deeper and deeper and deeper until everyone get's the shaft.
Him stating that he just bought a 'frivilous' item: ie supercharger : and thus has no money is the red flag and percentage bet.
