So still no word from Dan Shepard.
Thanks for peoples input. I thought it might make it back to the bum but it didn't work.
I can see the rules for the test program will need to be tightened again.

This is a real shame. Every story I have heard about Brett and his team were great. That made me use them for just a simple hub change out on a prop. They did it and sent it back in perfect condition. I plan on using the test program next year to get the prop I need, and this guy possibly ruining a great program for everyone else.
All the honest hard working people understand things will have to change with the test program. I hope you get your money or product back brett.

Thanks again for the input. The guy you looked up was named Doug Shepard. I'm dealing with a Dan Shepard. I know where he lives. 1500 miles from BBLADES.
I will give you guys the complete story to clarify since this situation is somewhat different from the standard stealing the test prop story.
We sell Dan a 26 Bravo 1 in November 2014. Dan contacts us back some time later and states he didn't have enough time to test the propeller but now feels the prop might be too small in pitch. He asks if he can potentially trade the prop. Of course with most prop purchases from most dealers, props are not returnable. I tell Brad to tell Dan, if the prop comes back in Spring in mint condition we'll take it back with a 15% restocking fee.
Dan agrees. So spring goes by and we finally get contact asking to test a 28 and 30 pitch Bravo 1 against the 26. We agree and send the set to him in June 2015. We are still going to honor the 15% restocking fee exchange although more than expected time has passed.
So the test props are due back on June 30th.
On July 13th we receive a call saying he wishes to keep the 28 and return the original 26. Ok.
On June 15th we receive the 30 and the 26. The 26 is in now in used condition with cavitation burns on all faces of the blade and can not be resold. This negates the original offer to exchange.
Discussing this with Dan proves to be fruitless as he will not admit to the prop being in poor condition.
So, I now attempt to charge Dan for the new 28 Bravo 1 that he will not send back. I also need to charge him for 14 days of late fees at $20 per day as is stated in the invoice contract. I'm nice enough to cut that in half to charge him $70.
Needless to say, Dan's card is cancelled and he will not take any of my phone calls. I tried to send the 26 back to him but it was refused.
So, Dan took advantage of BBLADES's customer service. He got us to send him a test prop for possible exchange 7 months after he bought a prop from us and then stole that new different prop from us and stole the late fee dollars he owes us. Dan owes BBLADES $747.
My last conversation with Dan Shepard of Surrey BL Canada, prior to trying to charge his card for the 28 he stole, he said "as far as I'm concerned, I gave you a prop and you gave me a prop and were even."
What a complete .................................
And there's the story.
