Our New Member Michaels Formula Is the Guy that Ripped Me off ,and then Lied repeatedly to me that he would send the parts that he owes Me!In November of last year I purchased a Bravo Transom Assembly From Michael Mclaughlin Branford CT.Ph 203-996-0969.The add stated that all parts were there and that Bellhousing was not shown ,but included.I Talked to Michael before the auction ended and he assured me that every thing was there .Well no Bellhousing ever showed up. I also bought an Extension box from the guy at the same time and it was also incomplete same deal. I Talked to him repeatedly and I even have a recorded message stating that he is going to send my parts!He started hanging up on Me every time I called Him. I reported Him to Ebay and they Kicked Him off.Stay away from this guy, He is a Pathological Liar!!

Lets hear what Michael has to say in his defense!

Where are my parts, Who knows.

I saw the threads he had posted. Notice he does not have "location" entered. I do not like to say negative things about people but perhaps the board god's can ban him from classifieds and perhaps this site. I am a trusting person myself and when something as this happens it's not right.

That's quite a bummer RWS. Its just too bad that some people can't just make a deal, shake hands (figuratively over the net of course) and keep to their word.

I've had a few experiences over my time where I make a deal with someone, all sounds good, shake hands and then get boned!! WTF is up with some people anyway?

I'm in the middle of a deal with a fellow member here on OSO for a full top for my Formula 311. We've had a few conversations, made the tentative deal and he has agreed to meet me by car halfway to make delivery. This individual actually offered the deal to meet me so I can look the top over with both of us present as opposed to shipping the top. He sounds like a stand-up guy, as am I. I look forward to meeting my new OSO friend and consumating the deal. This is as it should be!!

MichealsFormula, if you're out there and reading this, everyone on this board that I have talked to and read about prides themselves in being honerable and honest in our dealings. If you don't make this situation right, you will not have much fun on this site. Just do it man, right the wrong and get on with it!!

I have a feeling this is going to be an interesting thread. Could be a long on too! If I was "MF" (michaelsformula, no not mo-fo) I would jump on this thread and make good. Definetly an embarrassing situation for MF.
