Gen installation...

To keep Dr. SoS happy (my wife)..

I need a potty & gen with AC in the next boat..

The only trouble is that the couple of BT's we have looked at don't have gen.. they only have shore power..

My question is: Do I have a third party install a gen or send it back to BT for the install???

Thanks for your help...

In the Houston area, we have a place that installs gens & a/c's. You don't have to go back to BT factory. Check around where you live or check with the gen mfgs. (I have Westerbeke, but there is also Kohler, Onan,...) to get an in the area service rep. BT is busy right now, but could probably install it in winter if you don't have any luck. Having shore power is a big plus when installing a gen.

Call Bob or Don, If the boat already has dockside it will be a lot easier install.

SINKORSWIM, We are a westerbeke dealer and we are only about three hours or so from you. We have been a dealer for about seventeen years and we may be a little biased but I believe they are the best gens. out there!!! They are the quietest and the low rpm makes them good on fuel. Please give us a call if you a in need !!! S & S Marine 812-464-2550

I appreciate the reply...

Everything is revolving around the supposed sale of our current boat.
