It was a 288 involved.

Speedy recovery to all those on-board!

I'd say that the boat held together pretty well.......or better than the one on Lake Travis. Really glad everybody is somewhat OK.

Windshield looks like somebody may have hit/landed on it. With the wave they took I'm pretty sure there were some people flying around.

I know someone will say too fast for conditions, this that and then other but really waterboy is right- We drive our boats on an ever changing highway- can happen to any one of us at any time. Glad all are well and hope for a speedy recovery..
Glad to hear that you are an expert now. You sure you don't want to badmouth the boat manufacturer, and tell us all how in your expert opinion you wouldn't buy one?

In between boats
That's the second article I read here where a "cigarette boat" was involved.
Wouldn't that be considered slander?

In no way did the boat sink as i had heard latter that weekend, as a matter of fact if it wasn't for the damanaged windshield and cabin hatch, I noticed nothing wrong with the boat. The whole crew remained in the boat the entire time.
