Poker Run Safety guide?

Hello all,

I am looking for the assistance of all the event organizers and participants. I have been tasked with being the "safety coordinator" of our local poker run and am looking for more insight on safety guidelines. I think I have the basics covered but, like they say, two minds are better than one. This site has been such a valuable resource in the past, I thought I would pick your brains for some feedback in this hot topic.
Thanks for any input shared.

You are welcome. The idea is to establish a Safety Management System rather than a rule book. As they found out when the titantic sank rule books are not ideal when you have multi nodal enviroments.

Every event is different and usually requires different inputs to mitigate risk.

You are welcome to call or message me anytime with questions.
