just a reminder to check tow ratings, I have no idea what caused the trailer to start swinging. Just want to remind everyone to be carefull towing this year.

Probably was not overweight, just a combination of not enough tongue weight mixed with too much speed and not enough experience. Sad and tragic, sorry about your loss.
