The boat was full of empty beer bottles, liquor bottles and pot. I helped on the rescue taking the boat out of the water and turning it over. I don't know if the driver was intoxicated or not. The autopsy can only say that.

im just curious,why wait 8 months to come on this thread and post this,also,if the boat was upside down,i would thind anything that was inside of it would have sunk,or floated away,do you have any facts on this?
