Time to go " down island"
I have lots more pics etc i can share on BVI and will in the future but thought maybe it is time to drift off "down island" to St. Maarten / St. Martin; St. Bartt's; Antigua; St. Lucia; St. Kitts etc.
Here are some of my favorite pics from St Maarten ( Dutch side )
1) Simpson Bay Marina
2) Fuel dock at Philipsburg the Capital with the town's waterfront in the background
3) Closer look at the beachfront at Philipsburg. Very clean and nice boardwalk all along the beach.
4)Closer look at the boardwalk. Further along there is beach on left side and shops / restaurants on the other. Mainly to cater to cruise ship passengers and tourists. Walking distance from the deep water port.
5)It's a sport to stand on the beach while landing planes pretty well give you a haircut. The fence has been taken out a few times by landing gear when landing short.

St Martin ( French side )
Grand Case is known for it's great restaurants. Many overlook the sea and I had a great meal there with friends from Canada that just happened to be there at the same time.

Now the winter weather has set in for most of the Northern latitudes, it's about time to revive these Caribbean threads. Here are a couple shots of Bob's Team Predator from last spring. The first needs no explaination and I guess the second doesn't either. Jay needs a nap now and then-I'm just not sure of his timing. The third is the trio on my sold Tiger. Had some fun on that thing.
