HTRDLNCN has given you a lot of valuable info. Although the bracket you have is for a single with a kicker provision. Not a triple. I put together a cabin model. Twin 250 efi's tweaked some things. Bracket for twins. Blueprinted the bottom (a lot of work/ need to now what you are doing to do this) Had 280 k planes that we made additional bottom plate extensions to make them longer. Both engines with hydraulic pistons engine plates and tie bar at the rear of motors. Boat ran 73. on rails. Ballast water tank in front 200gal fuel tank in the middle under floor 1.75x1 torque master gear cases with low water pickup. 26 bravo1 lab props. You can run 225 250 300 two strokes 25" midsections. The four strokes weight will load down the transom. No need for jack plates, as long as you install bracket at the right height to play with engine bolt locations up or down to fine tune. Personally you will not be happy if you go with the 225 find 250 and up to let the hull glide over the water. Most of all balance your rigging is the most important part. check transom and structure for rot. Very common on all boats. Have fun.

Yes a lot of thinking, labor and dollars. My .02 check for rot, fix what needs fixing and the twin engine idea is great for this boat. Don't try to make a rocket ship out of it. Put it together correctly and don't go overboard. That way you can spend more of your time enjoying using the boat than working for the boat.
