I have a set of off my old 1989 251 Checkmate Convinsor. Its the 2 piece deal. They are faded red fiberglass. The glass is on good shape and I believe the mounting brackets are still there.

Thanks Russ, but I was looking for a single piece platform.
I think the one in the pictured boat is actually plastic like the step pads are. I dont exactly know what it is but mine was factory installed. If you find a tube one I'll trade you.
Thats my old boat above, and it was definatly fiberglass. It was a 1997. My buddy is buying a 253 with no platform.....and he doesn't like the tube style.
What color tube platform would you be looking for ?
Purple, I did not know they had so many different ones (tube, fiberglass, and plastic) I bet Mike in parts at Checkmate can get one for him without any problem.

I'd be interested in those platforms, if you still have them, for my 89. Can you send pix to whiplash1@rochester.rr.com and what are you asking for them?
Whiplash I still have them. I will snap some pictures tomorrow and send them to you, I also have the windshield. Make me a offer.
did his come with the aluminum tube style?
if so what about trading for the fiberglass one?
