anybody got a close up pic of the Checkmate logo that was used in the late eighties, the one on the sides? I have a super super clean 25 Convincor in my shop for some repair and i would like to reproduce the original logo. Thanks all

i found one on a yahoo image search a while back. i forget what i searched tho. i will poke around see if i can find it

thanks MM, we ended up going with the newer one. I made this one up in CorelDraw. I actually like the older one to but like the chess piece they use now.

Looks good, I like the 80's chess piece they used to use

yep, thats where i got the base font. tuned it up in Corel and did the chess piece from scratch. That site is pretty handy.
