I don't know the boat and I'm not a Checkmate expert. However, IMO, I think there is some negotiating room in that price. Black motor, light weight tabs, no steering.

Dave I agree I think that boat is way overpriced, It just sparked my interest becauce the ad says make an offer. Based on what other boats are selling for, I think it's only worth $30,000 at the most if it's in like new condition.

Based on my 253 I think if you can get that boat for 30k you would be gettin a pretty darn good deal, but I am far from an expert.

dont know the boat but i can tell you a few things.
1.its worth all of 30k id say more in the 45-50k a steal at 40k
2. no way it runs 68 mph, maybe on speedo but its probably more in the 60-63 mph range on gps
3. my 26 is for sale in its in better then new condition and sits on a 2009 loadrite all alum trailer. figured i toss that in there.
