Default Has anyone safely put 850HP + in a Checkmate ZT280?

I have a ZT280 that I purchased new off the floor at the Philadelphia Boat Show in 1999. I am in the process of slamming 850HP + into it.
The engine was bored out to 509 cu in. (Kept Stock Mercruiser 502 MAG MPI Crank)
JE forged aluminum pistons and Total Seal Gapless Rings.
RPM Connecting Rods.
Manley Push Rods.
Double Roller Timing Set.
Installed a 2.3 Whipple side mount that has a Dominator 2000 CFM Throttle Body and cut down the intake runners .
Hardin Marine Big Block Chevy Circulating Pump Style Serpentine Drive Kit.
14 Quart Offshore Oil Pan.
3" Oil Cooler.
Wix Racing Thermostatically Operated Oil Filter.
MEFI 4b ECM and Custom harness.
Dart Pro 1 Heads and Manley Severe Duty Intake and Inconel Exhaust Valves. Isky Valve Springs.
ARP 2000 Bolts everywhere.
New Mercruiser XR Upper and IMCO 2" Shorty.
280S K-planes.
Mayfair full hydraulic dual ram steering.
Livorsi Monster Gauges.
It is being tuned by Eddie Young at Young Performance Marine.
I'm wondering if anyone has gone through this with style Checkmate?
I would also like to update the RV Interior with the newer Vinyl V-Birth pad and a checkered flag style curtain. I think now is the time to update the electrical switches with the newer style that have breakers under them and I'm not sure how to order these parts?
