Went and loked at this XK-22 today. What a mistake that was. I asked the guy what things would need attentionand need replacing on the boat hoping he would give me some kind of indication about the overall condition. Whn I go there the boat looked good but the foredeck wood was soaked and spongy, and the gas tank sat with fuel for so long, that the boat stalled out on the sea trial from all the gunk in the tank. What a waste of a 5 hour trip.
