Under 10k I will paint it pink and put power in it and give it to the wife to tool around in. Must have rev limiters cause she never never lifts I mean never!!!

That's a good wife! I can't get mine to go over about 40 when she drives! She doesn't want me to go over 40 in our little boat when I'm drivin either. She doesn't get her way on that one!

Good luck with it, it looks like a good deal for someone.
