I don't know exactly how much new. My guess is around $340-$380k... so at $100k a year depreciation you should get it around $40k... if the owner understands your argument.

Your much better with a Fountain however cause the 2006 Cig 42 are no doubt in the $450-$500k range. But the new Fountains have gone down in prices from the factory for the last three to four years...

All kidding aside the speeds of 75-78 seem right with this power.

This boat has been for sale for ever... at least 2-3 years... shows up all over... Brystar had it for a while... which might mean it might be repoed. I remember it listed at $269k for a long while. I think I also saw it listed as a 2001 or something.

Considering the price and the year if accurate it would look like a killer deal but my guess considering how long it has been listed there is something off-kilter with the deal or someone would of picked it up.

Whipples would put it in mid 80's is my guess... If those are XR's they will last a while ~250-300 hours if your careful, which in my opinion is reasonable pushing that rig with that power. About $2500 to fix the drives upon detonation...

I was told the guy bought it for $240k. Original buyer disapeared, and this guy bought it from CB. Which probably explains plain paint and the 500efi's w/ ITS, I dont think that was ever offered?? Guy finished it cheap and bought it right.

Definately not repoed, owner owns the point in boca raton(2 houses), and that is just his weekend getaway! He spends the rest of his time in NY. He is a big time stock broker.

GLH "The Beaver" is why it hasnt sold. Ever talk to this guy?
The most annoying, useless, full of BS salesman there is. He doesnt even have a contract on the boat. Boat has only $150 hrs & ITS. It is a steal. IMO

Looks like you have the right information.

As I said I saw it at Brystar a while back which made me think it was repoed.

I beg to differ on the drives. Whipples will destroy those drives,XR or not.
