I know they were made out from the cigarette mold I read that before in a magazine, but what about quality of these boats? Buy now price is not too high in my opinion... What's your guess ?

If you are considering a Cigarette-style boat, then go for the real deal. If you are going to do it, then do it right. Never compromise build quality and ride characteristics. Resale will be there with a well-recognized name. Why settle for a knock off?
And if you are looking at a '91 Top Gun, I can accommodate you.

New GM crate engine 502 with BDS 8-71 blower...scared of reliability of internal component... I figured 35$ My engine builder said 10 k to change internals in engines...
