Re: T/G Unlimited vs GT
the main big difference is that 39 is a staggered boat.....the 39 has the same size cockpit as 38 topgun but with a staggered engine room...it came out begining of last year

Re: T/G Unlimited vs GT
Here are 3 Cigs running in the Connecticut Poker Run.
Its hard to tell the difference but the 39 Unlimited had tne new 700 HP w/NXT drive package. Very Nice and FAST. We ran from Long Island to Block Island a good 25 miles in 4 - 6 swells and some added chop on top. The 39 Unlimited was a factory boat run by Neill. They were 2nd or 3rd to the dock!

They updated the 38 and named it the GT. Like Mike said, it's a side by side configuration as opposed to staggered like the 39.

I'm sure it's a sweet ride with the staggered configuration. But, then again, I'd be happy to own any of them.

speed wise they're both about the same mid to upper 80's but with the staggered setup it rides a lot better in the rough and rides a lot more level in both conditions
