Moving bolsters back in a Cafe
I just recently bought a Cafe and I wanted to move the bolsters back about 4 inches. They seem to sit too close to the dash. I can't sit if the bottoms of the seats are up. How can I move them back a little. I'd like to pick up like 4 inches but I wasn't sure what's in the floor??? Can I simply unbolt them and redrill holes a few inches back or do I have to worry about what's under the flooring? Any thoughts or suggestions would be helpful.

I moved mine back about the same as you want. The down side was that the bolsters mount to the side panel and now I have 2 holes in the vinyl, 1 can't be seen. I drilled now holes in the floor and put in stainless screw holders (not sure the correct name, but you drill your hole and insert it with an allen head) to reattach the bolsters bolts. Filled in the old holes in the floor with 5200.
