This is the 90mph paint. Not sure what the thunder II is.

Here is an older thread link, it was a factory package of staggered motors, #5 drives and special paint scheme. Guaranteed to do 90mph upon delivery. Very respectable speeds for back then.

From what I understood is that they were limited production and guaranteed to run 90mph or better.
