Default New Cockpit Flooring

I am planning on putting new Lonseal flooring down in the Bullet. I was wondering how the bolster seat brackets are attached to the floor? What do the bolts screw into? Are their any issues or concerns when removing the bolster seat brackets from the floor?

Thanks
