No, but I would sure hope that the broker advertising it is not misrepresenting any potential title issues.

If you get a loan or just for peace of mind any title company worth it's salt would know if any official deeds or claims are registered on this boat for roughly $400.

You may be right. A 38 Top Gun went 102 with 675 Zul's so another 200hp in a smaller, lighter boat....

Either way, a nice, quick boat if things could get straightened out with the title.
