Cig 21', 24'

Hi,
I'm a new member and was wondering if anyone had info on 21' and 24' Cigarette hulls. I see a lot of postings on 20' cigs and therefore assume there were quite a few built between the 1970's and 1980's. However, I can't find much info on 1980's cigs 21 and 24 feet in length. My questions are:
A) why weren't many produced? Were they not well-built by
Cigarette standards?
B) does anybody know about how they handle?
C) any known flaws to watch out for?

Any info would be appreciated. Thank you.
