Hey Brian. That's sorta what I've been doing....Using a cicular saw set at the thickness of the plastic mirror and doing a cross hatch pattern. With the DeBond the small pieces come up pretty easy, just time consuming....then I still need to get the 5200 off the hatch.

I'd sure like to see some pictures of your progress. I have a cracked mirror and was wondering how bad a job that would be.

I removed mine with 100 pound test fishing line . A sawing motion back and forth to cut thru the Adhesive. Then a lot of Acetone and a scraper. Daytona Plastics had the replacement Plexi and the special adhesive.

Man I am so screwed.....so I'm making progress removing the mirror, little bit here little bit there. Coming apart in small pieces but going ok. Slow but OK.

GF comes out and says "Oh, so that's what you've been doing...Is that considered bad luck?"

I reply "You're not helping, F.O. and go back inside"
