Replaced the plugs tonight!!! what fun that was!!, also got new K&N air filters!! That should be good for .002 MPH!!!

Actually the K&N should be good for -2mph

Great!! -2mph!! now I have to buy something else to make up for the lose in speed!! How is it good for -2MPH???

Had a great weekend of boating, boat ran 74 on GPS Speedo, but lost the Gimbal bearing on the right side motor!! installed new Gimbal Bearing tonight, and new bellows, replaced both sides!! Runs great now. Some pics of my Mechanic fixing the problem

When I had a 496 the K&N robbed me of about 2-3 mph. Took me a while to figure out what did it, but I put the stock arrestor back on *poof* right back to where I started. Maybe it was just mine, but I would test it - I think you get a lot more flow with the stock.

I still love that mystique...your really starting to make me regret my choice.

I love the boat as well!! I have Tres Martin coming over next week for the driving school!!! Cant wait!! Will have pics!

New Steering wheel, New Exhaust tips, installed the new Livorsi Nut and boot system for the toggle switches on dash and in cabin( worth every penny!!!) 2 new IAC sensor, one new water pump. Boat has run 74.4 so far on GPS. My new 28p labbed props will be here friday from BBlades, Brent says I should get 4mph, will have to see!!, I will post some pics soon!!
