Default Attention Cafe and straight bottom Guns

Brett at BBlades just labbed a set of 26p Bravo 1's for me and gained 4 mph. top end and gained in cruise as well. I am running 500's that are about 560 hp per side. The boat was running 74-75 in 2-3 chop last year. Had the boat out yesterday in flat water 2 guys 2/3 tank of fuel and hit 78.9 on gps. This is the best $1700 I ever spent on the boat(New props.lab, hubs) Maybe it's me but I just don't think this boat should be this fast with power, but I am happy! I am hoping with a little rougher water and 1/2 tank of fuel aybe I will see 80mph. I guess it's time to find any weight I can throw off it.

Yes the props are brand new. My rpms are about the same5200 or so. I don't have to trim the drives as far as I use to. The boat comes on plane pretty easy. At 3400 rpms. I was crusing @45 and at 3800 rpms I am cruising 54-55. I could not be happier.

i *think* like 4600 rpm & high 60s/low 70s. I really only got to use the boat 1x last yr w/out kids (so no time to get accurate info) & i removed the speedo pickup so speed is seat of my pants feeling. Hopefully this weekend i will have it out to see rpms.

Good Lord. I run 26B1's spinning about 5200 with somewhere just south of 600hp and I don't see speeds ANYWHERE near that. I need to send them this winter I guess....

I have a '97 gun with modified 502 mpi's with about 530-540 HP. I just swapped out to new labbed Bravo 26's done by Throttle up. I am running 73-74 on GPS at around 5300-5400.
