What about the flatdeck in the classifieds from Chicago? It is a complete boat but priced reasonable.

too late on the one in chicago, brought it home last week, its now in a million pieces being completely redone. boat was very solid just completely original and needed updated, its ready for paint as we speak,should be all white by the end of the week..
