Default info on 46 rr

We just bought it and are getting ready to start redoing it. Its a 2002, it had v12s in it , and was for sale at lake cumberland for a long time. Anymore info or pics would be great. We redone a revolution a few years back and wanted a new project, And get into a step hull. Thanks Heath

DAMN YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That is the only T/S full cabin RR that I have ever seen. Cut for twins - honestly probably one of my ULTIMATE boats in the world. I would have loved to have tried to figure out a way to make that boat work but I just don't have the debt capacity right now.

I know this is tacky but I would love to know what you paid for that thing via PM - just want to know whether or not to kick myself in the nuts or not.

Keep us posted on your progress, maybe in a few years I could make you an offer.....!!

I'm not sure I follow you? All of the TS Rough Riders have that cabin, other than some that have the cover girl half cabin?

That particular boat has spent most of it's life for sale. The Torque V-12's it had in it, never ran right, so the boat wasn't used much as a result. It's a really nice boat, color & option-wise.

If you put the effort in this boat, that you did for that Revolution, this could end up being one of the baddest RR's out there!

We just cut the full cabin out of our Revolution and made it a hlf cabin to reduce weight. We are going to leave to cabin it this. Its getting new paint (black, charcoal, silver, and white) new int, carbin fiber dash panels, make it a staggered, dry 6s and 800hp na donivans.

A friend of mine owned it when it had the V-12's in it. Could never get any big speeds out of it. Pretty boat for sure, but I hope you "stole" it on the $$$ end, cause you've got a "project" for sure.

The first thing I'd do, is move the sea strainers forward and off to the sides, cause they're a total PITA to get at where they are now.

Good luck on your project, and keep us informed on your progress.

Congrats! Whats the plan for power?

Did you ever sell the revo?

Brandon,if you look at the cabin its set up more like an older (90's) cabin. I was under the impression ALL the T/S RR's had cover girl cabins except this one.

I would'nt waste my time putting in anything less than a Merc 900. A friend of mine had an 04 with the 900's that he bumped up a lil to about 950. At the 900 hp, they pushed the boat 102-103 mph, at 950, it ran 104-105ish. Those engines were traded in for a pair of 600" 1150's, and the boat ran 111-113 full of fuel and 10 people on board.

I know where the original engines from this boat are right now, and they're completely freshened up, AND for sale. If you're interested, let me know. I think I have some pics of them still in the boat. It was in my driveway for 2 years.

Frank

No motors with it. We got a deal on the boat, I alrealy have motors 800HP na alum. donovan blocks. We are a little light on power but the motors and lighter than blower motors. If the boat does 90 I will be happy. And yes I still have the rev. it will be for sale soon. I also have a trailer for the boat and do all the work myself, So I will be in the boat right when it is done.
