The standard length Konrad is 1.7" shorter than the TRS. Most installations gain 3-5 mph after the correct prop is found to work with the increase in propshaft height.

I gained that when I added the Konrads to my Mistress before I sold the boat last season.

Kurt from Konrad is the man, and I am sure will answer all of your questions.

Plus I was able to use Bravo I 4 blade props, versus the 3 blade mirage plus. The boat even better, which is hard to believe since it is an amazing ride to begin with. Good luck, good decision on going with KONRAD.

Great customer service and good people!

I to have made the switch from TRS to Konrads on my Cafe Racer. I can't actually tell what the speed gain is or is not as I only had the Cafe for a month when the TRS drives blew. All I know is that I don't worry about drive failures like I use to.

Let us know the results when you get them. The drives do look great on your Mistress.

Herings are the trick with the shorter drive height, The drives are great also.

Can I come and check out the rigging? I am in the process of restoring a Top Gun and also have plans for the Konrads. I would like to come up and check it out. What zip are you in?
