Its more common than you think. It happened to my boat under the previous ownership. Fortunately they were going slow when it happend.

Whats up buddy...I get out from behind the wheel for 30 seconds and I cannot hear the end of it....

How about when we are all parting all day and have to drive home, Im the D.D.
I like to get wasted when im not.... Ha Ha

I think we have all walked away from the wheel at some point in our lives. It's amazing the things you can learn from posts like this. Nice boat!

I do,Sometimes I go down into the cabin to make a sandwich ,but I make sure there is no other boats around for a few miles..I feel better now seeing I am not alone on this....

True,I know those little boats only have portapotty's ,and with that shallow cabin you could probably hit it from the drivers seat.

Who has a twin engine boat without a tie bar? I have been in a side by side setup and lost a motor because of faulty ignition harness and I can tell ya that tie bar isn't going to do chit.

It is your boat and nobody around so do as you wish but I am just pointing out that your confidence associated with the tie-bar isn't really all that valid. Pull your kill lanyard for one side at 50mph and see what happens..
