Picked a couple parts motors yesterday, gonna rig one up temporarily to make a list of what hardware I need and to see what works and what doesn't. Should make some good progress this week!

Mock up motor is in on port side just have to rig it now and see what I'm missing or want to change

I can't believe all the room you have in front of your engines, that is one of the nice things about having no trannies!

72c sitting behind that engine. Speed master setup is 3" closer to the transom than a trs boat.
