To tow a Cafe' you need a one ton, preferably a dually. It could be done with a newer 3/4 ton I think, but I would check the ratings on the truck.
Here is what I used to tow mine home when I bought.
Didn't even know the boat was back there.

AMAZING BOAT!!! This is my dream boat. I wish you the best of luck on your sale, too bad it's out of my price range by quite a few 0's. Great video by the way.
