There were only 5 Max's built.
First was the rio roses race boat that Phil raced, cut the top off making it an oversized gladiator. Abraham bought it and recently sold it.
While Abraham owned his, Phil built himself another but when Rick (onesickgladiator) saw it, he had to har it and bought it from Phil. This one is currently for sale on Phil's website.
The first one built for pleasure was a concept boat with a center sttering console that tilted up to give access to a cabin (only one with a cabin).
Then (I believe) The Performance Grouphad the yellow one built that was used on a bunch of ads. It sold and went over to Japan and now is back in the states.
The last one built went directly over seas and has not been photo'd or video'd very much at all but there are pics of it floating around.
The wrap around 46 is not a Maximus, it is the previous kilo boat cig had skater build to achieve the vee hull kilo record with Johnny Tomlinson at the helm, they came close but did not reach the title due mostly to the fact skip had it built in true cig form with no pad. Johnny said it was a handful at 170 although it had a lot more lower in it. It was discussed to pad the bottom and the belief was it would've taken the record no problem but enough money had been thrown at the project and skip pulled the plug.
Cig cut the top off and painted it red and white and called it "strength & honor" and campaigned it on the poker run circuit. After a couple years it was repainted again the current black and white and sold to the current happy owner.
I have pics of all the boats somewhere but I'm at the gym on my iPhone right now.

[QUOTE=CigaretteSam;3795794]Is this the black boat with wrap around windshield you are thinking about? If so, it is the old Cig kilo (46 or 44'?) boat...im pretty sure.
ya thats my understanding as well. I heard it first was the kilo boat
then it Strength and Honor
then redone by cig in 09 to the black paint scheme
