My mom's good friend bobby betts owned this boat for years, obviously he or someone before him was trying to pass this boat off as a cig. I have a very good friend with a 79 28 cig and he said his deck is different also. Either way I know for sure that bobby took great care of this boat and know matter what it is, it weems to be a potentially good deal to someone.

He forwarded me a bunch of photos also, I literally live ten minutes from this boat so I was gonna go take a look next weekend, but it looks like it needs some serious tlc.

I've tried.....multiple times. He will not respond to me. Text messages, emails, and phone calls have all been ignored. This tells me one of three things. 1 he's a VERY busy man and the sale of this boat is not a huge priority for him. 2 the boat has sold and he doesn't have the time to reply to everyone bothering him about it. 3 the boat isn't a Cig (I know it isn't) and he doesn't care to admit it to a potential buyer with any kind of knowledge about boats for fear of being wrong.
Side note....if the boat has sold the ad would likely be deleted.

He responded to me on every question that I had and me and my friend chris who owns a cigarette are going to look at it next weekend, where then I can look at the hid for myself. Then the cat is out of the bag. This guy may not even know he doesn't have a cig? I can tell you that the owners before him definitely boasted that this boat was the real mccoy. If its not and its a saber, isn't a saber a good boat also?
