Thank You for the reply.

I found this boat sitting right where you see it in the photo. In a salvage yard in Hialeah FL. I purchased the cig April 2016. Stripped well, exposed, plants growing in engine compartment, no engine hatches or cover. Spend an entire day getting it on a trailer.

The cig is now located at my home in Pompano Beach FL. I have been gathering parts for a year now and have just in the last month began trying to put it back together. Looking for photos of 35 Mistresses I came across many photos of this Cig on the internet. Positively ID the boat by the Paint of course but even better the remains of stickers on the boat. Example the Naked Feet sticker on the deck just in front of the engine compartment. Because the Cig has somewhat of traceable history I am going to restore the paint scheme you had on the boat. I have plenty of photos before I moved it from the salvage yard, and more show some progress putting it back together. Here are a few photos of where the cig is sitting now.

Tried to sell you the hatches off it. No moon, there was a guy on here building a 41 velocity with big Ford power. Last I knew he had the hatches from that boat still

Thanks jd.

The missing hatches have been on my mind since I bought the boat. The person I bought it from said he got rid of them. I pulled up an old Google earth image of the lot where the boat had been sitting and believe I could see one hatch on the boat at that time. The hatches you are referring to are the original ones? The hatch opening on this boat has been cut out a lot. No where close to original configuration. No great ideas here yet. I did make some hinged temporary ones for now.

I am returning the boat to TRS for now. I have some BAM redone C72's for the boat as well. I raised the X to 19.5 in. The engine sit quite high and the lower profile Gil dry risers I am using still come out of the engine compartment a few inches. If the hatches you are talking about are the same as the ones in the photo on this thread, they would be great to locate. I will in any event return a deserving Cigarette to live once again & and all help is much appreciated

Frank never had the original hatches. As the boat looks in your pics is as I sold it to him. Right down to the one Ssm gasket on the transom. I parted the boat out when I bought my 40 Excalibur. It had a 3 man stand up rear seat.
