Cafe in Freeport NY

Anyone know this boat? In a yard in Freeport....interior is in rough condition. Similar paint to a 35' Mistress that was in the same yard over the winter...

They just sold it few weeks ago, I think he paid $14,000.

Thats LOW for a 35', well it looks to be rough, so the price does seem to reflect the boat's condition.
