Congrats on the purchase. I spent a little time on the boat when Bill Proctor brought it to his dealership, Offshore Performance in Grasonville, MD. (Dealer is long gone now.) It's a bad mamajamma, and attracts attention everywhere. I think it was the first boat with logos that wrapped around the corners; and that paint has inspired a bunch of other Cigarette paintjobs that you can still see today.

As clean as you were expecting?

Where did you buy it from?

Chris is a great guy, and congrats again on the new boat!

If they are the same tanks as used in the 46 RR (which would be my guess), they are between 140 and 152 gal per side depending on whos numbers you believe. Maybe someone can confirm if the same tanks were used in the Max.

My old Top Gun was the first one with the logo's that wrapped around the transom. It was painted like the Maximus but was done in 2004, I think that Max is an 06. But, I could be wrong. I think Tank posted some photos of it somewhere on here.

Tim, as I mentioned in another thread, the matching 04 TG is in CT these days... it still looks really nice.
