Default Cig or not?

Take a look and tell me what you think. I know what I think. Guy says its a '79 but won't say what model it is. Unfortunately these are the only pics of it.

Never mind, owner fessed up and said what it is. I'll wait to say what brand it is and see if anyone guesses right. I wouldn't have a clue if he hadn't told me.

I saw the pics on a Facebook boating page. After questioning the actual make of the boat the owner caved and admitted that I was right. It's not a Cig. He said after some research he has since found out it's actually a Monza. Keep in mind this came from someone that thought it was in fact a Cig to begin with.

I trust you guys more than him. Agree or disagree with his assessment of the make? I know I couldn't say.
