Frick,
It sounds like you have some really nice stuff in there! As you know you'd probably be lucky to get 60 cents on the dollar for all the new items (even worse if you paid for labor too). I don't watch the flat bottom market that close (I'm not all that interested in them), but as you know, asking prices are all over the map. With that said, the boat will only sell for what the market will bare and even if you have what should be a $100k boat, you are now competing with stepped boats so any remotely informed buyer will likely not pay close to stepped bottom prices, unless they are just dead set on a perfect old school TG... and there's very few of those buyers out there. You're also sporting pretty big power, so between that and finding a big dollar buyer for a straight bottom could be pretty tough.
I haven't seen detailed pics of your boat, but assuming it's all that and more, and assuming the trailer is nice & the cabin has been redone/updated as well, I would think you could move it reasonably quickly at around $75k-$80k. Any more than that and a buyer is looking at stepped boats (IMO). But again I haven't seen your boat or watched sales that closely in flat bottom market.
