The Hydro's don't have as much blade area as a Bravo 1 prop. The extra blade area help move the straight bottom, heavy hull better. I'd start with a 26 Bravo.

27 3 blade will work well for speed, i had a set of hydro's that worked well at low 70's will less power and like others have said i believe the 26 bravo will be the best all around prop for you. i would run the boat with the stock 26 and see how see likes it and if you want, send them out and have them labbed later if you want to spend the money.

My best advice is BORROW a set of 27 Mirage, or a set of 26 Bravos or both, try them log the data, go from there.... DO NOT buy props and keep guessing, get the boat together run it and see, WAAAAAYYYYY too many factors to guess at props and waste money, plenty of props sitting around to try....

I'm not sure if you actually read or not... but the cafe is sold, has been sold.. the gentlemen who bought it, decided to do new dash, paint the bilge, new motors and konrads after the fact and is having me do the added changes. Its his boat and I'm just doing the work to it. what about a set of bblades? or is the ticket going to be a run of the mill bravo 26's but lab them?

15.5x33 Herrings? Your waaay out in left field.

Best way to do this is call Brett from BBlades. Tell him your set-up (Hull, drives/gear ratio, engine HP) He will recommend you a prop as a starting point. Run that prop to get you base line numbers. Call Brett back with the base-line prop results...at WOT... top RPM, top speed, and he usually wants a cruising speed at 3500 RPM. Then he can basically tell you exactly what size prop you need and whether lab finishing will be an advantage to you or not, Hes a real professional and a nice guy to boot. He has gotten extra speed out of every boat that Ive had that I called him about. Good luck and dont start buying props aimlessly because it says HERRING on the box.

Did you guys miss where he said its gonna make 650 at 6000 rpm? That's a bit different than a pair of 540's making 650 at 5400 in which 26 or 27's would be right.

Keep in mind you are raising the propshaft height 1.7", I don't think you will be able to get it on plane with a three blade. As mentioned above, a set of stock 26 Bravo Ones will probably be your best bet.

I've done countless Konrad conversions on Cigarettes. There's a good chance you will need spacers as the flat transom (no notch) sometimes does not respond to the raised propshaft height. -Notch transom Cigarettes respond well to the increase.
