Is there anyone that has a simular boat or is making the 21 cigarette boat that they raced in the 80's?

Only a handful of the 21's made. I believe they all were built as outboards. Saw a pic of an I/O version but was told it had been converted from O/B

I have #13 of 13. No power, needs transom and restoration, factory OB mounting plate included. PM if interested.
