If you have those transmissions already, it would be dumb not to go Konrads. Still a heavy boat, you will never run into a transmission problem with that kind of power so basically transmission oil change every 40 hours and they pretty much take care of themselves. Plus the year of your cafe, it was designed around the TRS, the ride will be great. Also down the road if you turn up the ponies, you won't be blowing bravos. Plus I think the resale would be better too. Good luck

The konrad will be an easier install no re-rigging and will hold up well with that power and can increase in future, the bravo install will require re-locating of engines, tailpipe issues and general re-rig we have done both to the 35 cigs the bravo install pick-up 4-5 mph over the trs,the konrad install ran about the same

Well, what is the budget, maybe that will help others answer your question, your getting the same feedback as the other thread, it boils down to tranny's or not.

put konrads on it. you won't have to rerig the entire boat. it will save you time and money imo, also rated for 750 hp. trans are a lot nicer around the docks too, smooth... i know where there's a brand new set of konrads for about 15k too

At 500 hp max I would save all that cash and leave it TRS.... the value of the boat does not really go up any as the market sucks all around, I guess that's just me... 500 hp and don't care to go faster then 65.... I wouldn't even change it....just my opinion..

You can buy Brand new Bravo's, glass the transom, shorten tail pipes and all that work for $5000.00?

I don't think so
