I used 5 blade 28 Maximus labbed and cut down to 15" great cruise speed and no problem getting on plane 85 - 87 depending on load and top speed of 88.5 on the limiters in cool weather

That's fast if you have stock 525's. I ran some 30 pitch Maximus and loved them for all around boating. I'm just scared of them tearing up drives because they have so much bite in rough water. I did loose a little on the top though with a much better cruise speed.

Drop down a prop size and raise the engine rpm limit!

How much harder to get on plain with lab 32's 3 blade? It's not like it's easy with stock.
