My 2003 Xr Sportmaster 2" shorty with 525 will spin a 32 labbed bravo 1 5250 and bounce off limiter . Top speed 90.2 . However I did put a spacer in the drive 1" it made it much easier to get up . However I did lose a couple mph and rpm .. But more driver friendly

Stock 32's are too big and sluggish, stock 30's are too small and will bang rev limiter at 80mph. Labbed 32's are the fastest but they're hard to plane and are terrible in rough water.

I tried 32p Bravo 1's, too big, and very sluggish, the 30p work the best but no top end over 80mph, but great mid range. So what prop do I go with if the labbed 32p Bravo 1 are also not the correct prop?

I would think it is set up best it can be since you got if from Phil recently. That's part of the "Phil" service...... I think most if not all are sent out with lab 32's

My gun was fine getting on plane with stock 32 bravo ones. Little over 84-86 depending on conditions. Tried 30's and saw higher rpm but less on top end. Phil told me to run stock 30's. Good luck & nice gun!

Phil told me to run the Maximus 5 Blades. Have not got around to trying them yet. 32 lab bravos work pretty good for me

I'm running 32's and seeing 85. They are stock props, how are you guys seeing 90? Will lab props give me a little more top end?
I have a buddy that has a 38 Fountain and he is maybe 2 or 3 mph's faster, would love to be just 1 mph faster than him, LOL any suggestions?
