Mel Riggs?
I live in Minneapolis but store my Magnum in Fond Du Lac so I drive right by Mel Riggs' shop. I'd love to meet him........do you think he'd mind if I stopped in to say hi?

i doubt it, hes still in the marine business and you may end up being a new customer if your smart, he knows offshore racing and was around when your boat was brand new  |
