I really don't think it is a 2006.........
The other boat looks to be a 41' APACHE

You may be right Joe Mach's Cuv was 41', that later may have become The Bandit.

I agree looks like the boat Clay Wilson had in Florida had - then it was called Sea Escape - it was rigged with ASD 8's - it had a canopy but a sawzall can change all that - Clay also had a tilt trailer

There were 3 of these boats here in the States ......
Dirty Laundry - Spirit Of Numancia - Endangered Species - Sea Escape .........
Heavy Metal - Gifford - Bandit .....now in Egg Harbor NJ owned by Tony P.
And the Yellow on which was raced as Miller Genuine Draft in KW by Lorne Lieble , I believe it was called Fortuna when it raced in Class 1. This boat was at TNT at one point being converted....the last time I saw it it was sitting outside off of the side of 95 in Ft Lauderdale.......still Yellow.

However the CUV stopped building hulls to the beginnings of the nineties.
I also think was the former Dirty.
Note the engines covers with that air scopes.
